Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Update Announcement (Version 1.030)
Square Enix released the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth update 1.030 on April 11, 2024, addressing several significant issues that have been affecting the game’s overall experience.
This update follows the previous version, 1.020, which was released on March 20, 2024, and focused on enhancing graphics and framerates for a more immersive experience. Here’s a list of bugs that are fixed in this new ff7 rebirth update –
- Fixed a bug in the Chapter 12 side quest, “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop,” where the quest would not progress even after meeting the G-Bike’s clear conditions.
- Resolved an issue where the quest could not be progressed without meeting the G-Bike’s clear conditions again after the update.
- Fixed a bug where the favorability rating would not increase even if an option that should improve it were selected under certain conditions.
- Addressed a problem where the trophy “Cactuar Crusher” could not be obtained even if the requirements were met, ensuring it can now be obtained.
- Corrected some issues when loading save data under certain conditions, including forced termination and inability to progress during gameplay.
- Adjusted the behavior when repeatedly loading previous save data from the previous game to reflect the state of the last loaded save data.
- Other bug fixes to improve the overall gameplay experience.
While the latest Version 1.030 update for ff7 rebirth is expected to fix many bugs from the March 20 update, please be aware that the new update can sometimes introduce unexpected issues.
